CAMP LEMONNIER, DJIBOUTI (Oct. 2, 2022) service members deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) gather to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month through a cake cutting ceremony at the Dorie Miller Galley. Hispanic Heritage Month is a period from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, recognizing the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture and achievements of the United States. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables , allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
