HONOLULU, Hawaii (Feb. 17, 2022) – Army Sgt. Owen Bailey, assigned to the 95th Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, prepares to hand out water at the Navy Exchange Moanalua Terrace water distribution station. Navy is working closely with the Hawaii Department of Health, Environmental Protection Agency and the Army to restore safe drinking water to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam housing communities through sampling and flushing, and the recovery of the Red Hill Well.
