The RIP/TOA was a joint project were the 455th Expeditionary Aerial Port Squadron, the 82nd Airborne Division, the 4th Brigade Combat Team and the 4th Infantry Division all communicating together to move the 1st Infantry Division's equipment and personnel into place so they could easily move into their new mission.
