NEW YORK – A color guard from Sector New York raise the flag to half-mast, Sept. 11, 2017, at the beginning of the 16th Anniversary Ceremony of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. About 75 Coast Guard members and family members observed colors this morning and a short ceremony that followed memorializing the attacks from 16 years ago.
