Michael Carter, 308th Chemical Company out of Vallejo, Calif., secures a soldier’s contaminated weapon during the 91st Training Division’s Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 91-17-03 on Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. on June 21, 2017.
