Paul, originally from Lincolnshire and who before being made redundant by the Royal Air Force specialised in building military flight simulators, was inspired to create the unique house as his wife Sarah, from Hythe in Kent, did not enjoy living in close proximity to loud and inconsiderate neighbours.
