Championship golfer Bobby Jones (1902-1971) and his wife Mary Rice Jones (1902-1975) on a boat in New York Harbor in 1926. Bobby is the only golfer to ever achieve a single-year "Grand Slam" consisting of victory in all four major golf tournaments of his era (the open and amateur championships in both the US and the UK) in a single calendar year (1930).
