The Hor Samran Phiron "The Pavilion wher one sleeps peacefully" is part of the Royal palace complex in Phnom Penh. From here the king mount his elephant for royal processions. At other times it houses musical instruments and regalia. It also houses gifts to the king from other heads of state. It was built in 1917.
