King Otto I of Greece (1815 - 1867) - a presentation sabre Pipe-backed blade with yelmen, the half of both sides etched (crowned monogram "O", trophies, Athena, etc.), slightly notched edge. Gilt brass knuckle-bow hilt with black leathered grip and triple copper wire winding. In the matching sheet steel scabbard with gilt brass fittings (indentations) and two moveable suspension rings. Traces of use and age. Length approximately cm. The sabre at hand corresponds exactly to a similar exemplar, exhibited in the Bavarian Army Museum in Ingolsta, Additional-Rights-Clearance-Info-Not-Available
