Any person who shall enter upon the lands ownedor leased by breeders with gun or fishing rod or other devicefor taking game or game fish shall be fined in the sum of $25and shall also pay the breeder $25 exemplary damages and $5for each game mammal, bird or fish taken or destroyed to berecovered in a civil action. Sec. 11. Game and Fish laws and laws protecting verminshall not apply to breeders who are engaged in the industry ofincreasing the game and fish. INDEX.
