CHARLES RANDOLPH FORBES, one ofthe most substantial farmers, as well as one of themost highly-respected and prominent citizens, ofBurnside, town of East Hartford, was born on theold Forbes homestead Nov. 5, 1859, a son °f CharlesR. and Elizabeth (Hills) Forbes.
