While it may seem that Prof. Edward Luttwak is sticking his fingers inside his nose, it's just an optical ilusion. Actually, the acclaimed strategist listens to Nathan Sharansky, chairman of the Adelson Institute for Strategic Studies, who is giving a lecture during the Dec. 2008 Conference, "“Twenty First Century Wars: Counterinsurgency and the Challenge of Global Terrorism.” More than two hundred members of the military, judiciary, media and political establishment attended the conference.
