Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) Adm. Bill Moran, joins the crew of the ballistic-missile submarine USS Maryland (SSBN 738) in congratulating its newest submarine -qualified officer, Lt. Christopher Roehrborn, Nov. 4. Moran was aboard the submarine as part of a visit to Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, where we was also the guest speaker at a ceremony honoring World War II submarine veterans.
