P32 mitochondrial matrix protein, molecular model showing secondary structure. Also known as SF2-associated p32 (SF2P32), this protein is found in the matrix of cellular mitochondria, where it is thought to be involved in oxidative phosphorylation and interactions with the nucleus. This protein consists of three chains (7 beta-strands and three alpha-helices), forming this doughnut shape. It contains 209 amino acids.
