Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 25, 2nd Marine Logistics Group traverse through a mountain during a conditioning hike as part of cold weather training at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, Calif., Jan. 23, 2018. Approximately 90 Marines participated in the week-long event where they learned survival skills, how to traverse mountainous terrain and cold weather weapons maintenance. The training will prepare the Marines for joint-force training exercise Artic Edge in northern Alaska, which will expose Marines to the peninsula’s weather extremes.
