Lupe Soza with El Toro Loco gave the best freestyle performance with a perfect score to win the event at the 2009 Monster Jam in the Alamodome, San Antonio, Texas, on Jan 11. Soza drove his truck to the limit with multiple two-wheeled saves as he jumped off, bounced on, and drove over the obstacles made of dirt mounds, busses and crushed cars. The Alamodome had approximately 45,000 people attend the event. These monster truck have big block supercharged racing V-8 engine that churned out more than 1,400 horsepower. They weigh approximately 10,000 lb and were equipped with four-wheel steering.
