Major Jay N. Bibler of Marine Fighter-Attack Squadron-115 smiles as he receives a plaque from Colonel Norman W. Gourley, Commanding Officer of Marine Aircraft Group-13, for completing his 400th combat mission. Bibler is the first aviator in his squadron and the fourth in MAG-13 to reach this milestone.
