Systems Officer Rich Dickner, and Rescue Specialist Chad McBride, Air Support Division, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, work together to lift and secure Sgt. Neal Barnard, 996th Area Support Medical Company, Task Force Badge, Arizona Army National Guard, in the helicopter during a training exercise in north Phoenix on June 6. This training exercise was the result of an inter-agency collaboration initiated by the activation of Arizona National Guard service-members by Gov. Doug Ducey to provide non-law enforcement support to Arizona counties.
