London has some of the most spectacular buildings of any city. This is not one of them. An anonymous, utterly boring brutalist facade in Victoria Street, London. In case you really want to know, Brutalist architecture was a now (thankfully) defunct movement in architecture that flourished from the 1950s to the mid-1970s, descending from the modernist architectural movement of the early 20th century. It spread all over the world before people noticed how hideously ugly and sould destroying it was.
