Mr. Warren Pugsley, brother of newly promoted Chief Master Sgt. Carmen Daniels, reads a proclamation signed by Shareeta Smith, Mayor of the City of Lima, Ohio, during Daniels' promotion ceremony June 4, 2022, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. The Mayor proclaimed this day as "Chief Master Sergeant Carmen Daniels Day" and recognized Daniels for her 24 years of military service. Daniels, the 192nd Force Support Flight senior enlisted leader, became the 176th chief in the Virginia Air National Guard.
