CHxVPTER XXIII. ALABAMA. Alabama is bounded on the north by Tennessee ; east byGeorgia ; south by West Florida, and the Gulf of Mexico ;and west by Mississippi. It has a line of coast, from thePerdido to the east boundary of Mississippi of 60 miles. Itextends from N. lat. 30° 10 to 35° ; and from W. ° 05 to 11° 30.
