Statue Of Charlie Chaplin in Belfast's Titanic Quarter

Charlie Chaplin was no stranger to the music halls of Belfast. At the beginning of the 20th century, he rented a room in one of the houses just off May Street in the city centre when appearing as a clown with a visiting circus. He was also a frequent traveler on the SS Nomadic, to the the right of shot. Behind we can see the iconic new Titanic Belfast building. This strange, cut - out public sculpture of Chaplin is located in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast.
