Protoceratops andrewsi skull. Protoceratops was a small dinosaur that inhabited what is now central Asia between 74-70 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period. It was a herbivorous dinosaur that reached a maximum length of around two metres. Photographed at CosmoCaixa Science Museum, Barcelona, Spain.
