SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 3, 2016) - Navy Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, assemble a Lightweight Water Purification System during a field training exercise for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
