Pandavleni buddhist caves. Nasik, Maharashtra, India


Pandavleni or Pandu lena rock cut caves are 2000 years old. Originally built by the Jain Kings. These 24 Hinayana Buddhist Caves date back to 1st century BC and 2nd century AD. These caves located midway up the Trirashmi Hill about 8 km from Nasik.
