PORTSMOUTH, Va. (April 9, 2021) – The color guard presents the colors during the national anthem at the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze’s change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Sam T. Sareini was relieved by Cmdr. Donald J. Curran III during the ceremony.
