Sec. 7. The salary of the Dairy and FoodCommissioner shall be $1,200 per annum, pay-able monthly. He shall have power to appointa stenographer whose salary shall not exceed$600 per annum, payable monthly. Sec. 8. It is the duty of the chemist orchemists regularly employed at the State Agri-cultural College, State University or School ofMines, to analyze all samples of food or dairyproducts submitted by the Food and Dairy State Dairy and Food Departments. 241.
