Doubtless the azaleas will arrive in the course of time, but experience has shown that the red tape connected with securing permits, the vicissitudes of travel and the high cost of freight and insurance all operate to reduce the quan- tity of imports. Prices for plants and cut flowers sim- ply must go up along with the rise in other commodities and there are those who believe there will be not the least difficulty in
