Courtyard portrait 'Dead Chickens Monster Kabinett' sign hanging metal animatronic sculpture, Rosenthaler Strasse 39, Berlin

Monster Kabinett, in a hidden courtyard at Rosenthaler Strasse 39, was established by the Dead Chickens Art Group, and features animated monsters in a computer-controlled art and sound installation. Two tall metal monster stand outside the entrance to the displays, which are housed in a basement, open to the public 6-10 pm Thursday and 4-10 pm Friday and Saturday. The two huge sculptures come to life with a 1 Euro coin in a slot machine visible between them.
