This new dwarf wax bean has become popular with market gardeners in New England, where it originated, on account of its hardy and prolific character. The pods are borne well off the ground ; entirely free from blight and rust. The numerous pods, of a bright golden yellow, are uniform in size and shape,-and present a very handsome appearance on market ; the pods, however, are not entirely stringless, nor are they of really firs1>class flavor for the home table.
