Violet lake, or pure violet, upper petal marked in pure white; the first variety to show this combination of color; very distinct; truss large and freely produced; very beautiful. Price, 10 cents. The flowers are the most intense, dazzling scarlet, and are borne in trusses of enormous size, meas- uring from eighteen to twenty inches in circumference, with single florets measuring seven inches in circumference.
