HONOLULU – Lt. Gen. Anthony Crutchfield, Deputy Commander, Pacific Command addresses Hawaii Department of Education representatives, educators, lawmakers, community members and military volunteers for the 15th annual Joint Venture Education Forum at the Hawaii Convention Center, Nov. 17. The JVEF is a partnership between USPACOM and Hawaii DOE that promotes interaction between Hawaii's military community and public schools in the pursuit of quality education for children.
