Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards welcomes Florencio Marin, Belize’s minister of Defence, along with key leaders from the Belize Defence Force to commemorate the 25th anniversary between the Louisiana National Guard and the Belize Defence Force as part of the Department of Defense’s State Partnership Program, July 13, 2021, at the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge, La. The partnership with Belize was established on April 23, 1996, with over 270 exchanges since its inception.
