Portrait of Hommius Festus. Festus Hommius, theologian and pastor, first in Dokkum (1599) and from 1602 in Leiden. Translated in 1618 the Dutch creed to Latin. Hommius was delegate to the Dordtse Synod, where he was Scriba.
