MONROE, La – Army Brig. Gen. Cindy Haygood, the dual status commander of Louisiana, visits Air Force recovery relief medical professionals at St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe, Louisiana, Feb. 15, 2022. The Air Force medical team, working side-by-side with civilian medical professionals, is deployed in support of continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need. Northern Command, through Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
