Naval Base Kitsap Color Guard parades the colors during a change of command ceremony for the blue crew of Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Ohio (SSGN 726) at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington Feb. 17, 2022. During the ceremony, Capt. Micah Maxwell relieved Capt. Brian Freck as Ohio blue crew’s commanding officer. Ohio is the fourth Navy ship to bear the name, and is the first in her class of ballistic missile submarines and guided-missile submarines.
