COMSTOCK, Oliver Darling.—The at-torney general of North Dakota, Oliver , came to North Dakota—then apart of the Territory of Dakota—with hisfather, when a boy (mly seventeen years father, Anva Comstock, was a native ofNew York, and was one of the earliest set-tlers in central Minnesota, going to Mankatoabout isns.
