(April 19, 2016) Catherine Montfort, the Naval Support Activity Panama City's (NSAPC) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Coordinator (SARC) hangs a teal ribbon with "SAPR" printed on it at a tree dedication ceremony in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The tree named "Ophelia", meaning help, is a Hibiscus tree that was planted in to show support to all sexual assault survivors.
