A sporting/hunting cross bow richly inlaid with bone, German, circa 1600 A forged blackened steel prod with old cord bridle (slight defects) and hemp string. Walnut tiller with a slight belly and richly decorated with engraved bone inlays. Both sides are completely covered with inlaid trophy decoration (minor replacements).
