Bharat Natyam:- Is a major form of Indian Classical Dances that originated in Tamil Nadu, Expresses South Indian religious themes and spiritual ideas, particularly of Shaivism and in general of Hinduism. These dances are exclusively performed by Female Temple Dancers. Bharat Natyam is performed by a single dancer, accompanied by orchestra and singer, back stage led by Guru or Teacher of the Dancer. Hands tell story through conventional gesture langue while face expresses mood, there are 11 mudras symbolic and hand gestures.
