NoMcdonalds in Tecoma protesters carry a coffin claiming democracy is dead after a small number protested against the store being built despite it meeting local councils guidelines. The situation and some vocal locals brought much local and international publicity to the cause, however the store opened to large crowds on opening day and has been hailed a success.
