Green horned treehopper

Horned treehoppers include about 60 species of native sap-sucking insects commonly found throughout Australia. They rarely, if ever, cause enough damage to require control. Common species include the green treehopper (Sextius virescens), several brown treehoppers (Ceraon spp., Cebes spp.) and the spiny treehopper (Sertorius australis).
