The “Not in My Squad” initiative is a program started by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel A. Dailey in 2015. The workshop is tailored towards allowing squad-level leadership the opportunity to have an open conversation amongst each other to further build and sustain a climate of dignity, respect, trust and inclusion.
