Satellite dish attached to the roof of a building, being used to send radio and microwave signals to and from satellites orbiting the Earth. The curved dish reflects incoming signals and focuses them at the receiver (centre). Behind the satellite is a thermosiphon solar water heater, which provides a cheap and environmentally-friendly way of heating water. Photographed in Barbados.
