Mr. Seymour isa lawyer and has practiced in Norwalk eversince his graduation from the Vale Law Schoolin 1878. He was graduated from Vale College (Academic) in 1875. He was born at Whit-ings Point, New York, September 28, has occupied many local offices and othersof a professional character. Mr. Seymour hasbeen, perhaps, the most active of all the Demo-cratic Senators in suggesting and advocatingvarious measures during the present the author of the Seymour Bill for a con-stitutional convention he displayed rare argu-mentative ability.
