Amsterdam Singel at the Muntplein Square with Munttoren, Mint Tower. Fietsparkeerboot or bikesparkingboat: barge or pontoon in the Singel Canal for parking bicycles. Opposite of the famous Singel Flower Market, Amsterdam City Council created extra parking space for bicycles of shoppers by mooring a special parking barge in the Singel Canal. One of several such structures mainly because of large scale road works in the inner city.
