Mr. Franklin's picture does not lack vigorous composition; His figures remind one of those in Haydon's large performances. "The Covenant of Judas" hangs in the North Room of the Institution: its dimensions are 5 feet 2 inches in height, and 6 feet 0 inches in width'. From "Illustrated London News", 1850.
