NBCD school. The red background symbolizes threat, exhausted by four shields: defense against nuclear, bacteriological, chemical and damage tenders (NBCD = Nuclear Biological Chemical Damage Control). The spell Nimmer Bakzijl Contra Destruction is prepared by vice-admiral mr. Baron De Vos Van Steenwijk. Not only does it refers to the name of the school, but also to its objective. "Getting vanseil" means admitting. In 1979, the NBCD school in Den Helder was expanded with a Safety Safety section. The emblem disappeared and the school was renamed in school for NBCD and business safety.
