The thoracic sternal plate and male genitaliaare much like those of malaysianus. It is easily distinguished frommalaysianus in that paratergal plates II-V are heavily ridged andthe spiracles are not particularly enlarged. E. corrugatus has thehead almost as broad as long but not noticeably longer, and hasspiracles on abdominal segments 3-8, not 3-5 as does corrugatus, large distinct paratergal plates are present on segments2-5, a very small plate is prese
