People from Giriasih District in Gunung Kidul Province collecting fresh water for household activities such as cooking, bathing and drinking. They need roughly 40-50 liters of water a day, but in the dry season, wells dry up and they need to walk about one or two hours a day to obtain fresh water from an underground river in a cave.
